About this site

PhotoCraft Editor (photocrafteditor.com) is an independent website. It hosts the official open-source web build of PhotoCraft so you can use it in your browser, links to the official desktop releases on GitHub, and publishes guides. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the ArtCraft Team or Adobe Inc. By using this site you agree to these terms.

The PhotoCraft software

PhotoCraft is created by the ArtCraft Team and the PhotoCraft contributors and is licensed under the MIT License or the Apache License 2.0, at your option. Your use of the software itself is governed by that license, not by these terms. The ArtCraft name and logos are trademarks of the ArtCraft Team. Adobe and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe Inc. and are mentioned here only to describe compatibility.

Your files

The online editor runs entirely in your browser. Images and documents you open in it are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for the content you create and for having the right to edit the files you open.

Download links point to the official PhotoCraft releases on GitHub. We do not modify those files, and we are not responsible for third-party websites or software. Check the published checksums before installing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in a way that violates any applicable law
  • Interfere with the site, its servers or other visitors
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the site to distribute malware or other harmful code

Advertising

The site may show advertising from third-party networks to cover its costs. Advertisers are responsible for their own content.

No warranty

The site and the hosted editor are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. PhotoCraft is early alpha software; keep backups of important files.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site or the software.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
